Returns policy

Before any goods are returned to us, authorisation must be gained by contacting our team via email on [email protected] or via phone 01686 620290

Goods can be returned within 28 days of receipt for a refund.

All Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (to be determined in the Supplier’s absolute discretion) and the Buyer will be responsible for the costs of returning the Goods to the Supplier and for arranging the return of the Goods to the Supplier. Costs of delivery to the Buyer (if any) will not be refunded.

Please ensure you wrap the return product extremely well to avoid any damage in transit.

The goods are being shipped back to us under your liability, if you do not package the goods well and we receive them damaged we cannot issue a refund for them under any circumstances. Photographic proof sent via email of any damage will be deemed to be sufficient evidence.

Only once the goods have been received by us and inspected to deem them in refundable condition, will a refund then be issued.

Made to Order items

Any items that are ‘made to order’ are not eligible for return.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Goods

All damages must be reported within 48 hours. We cannot entertain damage claims outside of this time.

Returns for goods delivered to you damaged may not be entertained if the delivery was signed for as received in good condition.  Please sign for goods as ‘unchecked’ or inspect goods with courier present.
